Wherever I collect sensitive information (such as credit card data, and personal information for a session – The Intake Form), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page. NO DATA is stored online. All data received are store using encryption, both on local computer and cloud backup. All written notes during session is scanned and then destroyed using a paper shredder.

The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
